What happens after I pay?
Once payment is confirmed, email support@survivalhike.com with your NinjaTrader 8 Machine ID. We activate your license manually within 24 hours.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes — download any strategy for free after registering. Email your Machine ID to request a 30-day trial activation. No payment required for the trial.
How many machines can I run the strategy on?
Each license includes 2 Machine ID activations. Additional machines are available for a one-time fee of $400 per machine.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please use the free 30-day trial to evaluate the strategy before purchasing.
What instruments do the strategies trade?
Current strategies cover NQ (Nasdaq-100), ES (S&P 500), CL (Crude Oil), and GC (Gold) futures. All strategies run on NinjaTrader 8 with a real-time data feed.
What is the difference between monthly and lifetime?
Monthly gives you full access while your subscription is active — cancel any time. Lifetime is a single payment that covers all current and future Mammoth strategies with no further billing.
Will I receive future strategy updates?
Yes. Both plans include all strategy updates and new releases as they ship. Lifetime members keep access to every update permanently.
